Shipping policy

We provide transportation of your sewing / embroidery machine to our shop for inspection, service, or repair then back home once the work is complete and paid. 

We utilize standard postal services for parts ordered that are easily exchangeable by client, occasionally offering local delivery.

All delivery and postal fees are non-refundable.
