Refund policy

Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Pick-up/Drop-off - The $50 fee for pick-up/drop-off is non-refundable and only covers transportation of your machine to our shop and back home when the work is complete. It does NOT cover the cost of service or repair. In order to keep our routes running smoothly, our drivers only wait up to 10 minutes past your scheduled pick-up/drop-off. If you are not present, the driver will leave, and a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of your pick-up/drop-off total will be required in order to reschedule. 

Machine Service & Repair - Payment is due upon completion of work prior to drop-off of your machine. All services are final and non-refundable. We provide a 30 day warranty for machine service, repair, and part installations from drop-off date. We are not responsible for goods left over 30 days nor for loss by fire or theft. We guaranty the parts installed by us perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage for 30 days after repair. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts or damage of machine by user, they will be charged separately.

Parts & Accessories - All sales are final and non refundable for CSR parts and accessories purchased.

"No Fix" Machines - If your machine is determined to be a "No Fix" upon inspection by our mechanic due to unavailable parts or other specified constraints, you have the option of recycling your machine for a 50% refund of your pick-up/drop-off fee in the form of store credit. Otherwise, your machine is scheduled for drop-off and the full machine pick-up/drop-off fee remains. No other charges will apply.

 

Pre-Owned Machines - All pre-owned machines are sold "AS IS," all sales are final. While the machines do not include a warranty, each unit is fully serviced and certified by our mechanic to be in proper working condition prior to sale. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the pre-owned machine status and our used machine terms.
