Refund policy

Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Pick-up/Drop-off - The $50 fee for pick-up/drop-off is non-refundable and only covers transportation of your machine to our shop and back home when the work is complete. It does NOT cover the cost of service or repair.

 

Machine Service & Repair - Payment is due upon completion of work prior to drop-off of your machine. All services are final and non-refundable. We provide a 30 day warranty for machine service, repair, and part installations from drop-off date. We are not responsible for goods left over 30 days nor for loss by fire or theft. We guaranty the parts installed by us perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage for 30 days after repair. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately.

 

Parts & Accessories - All sales are final and non refundable for CSR parts and accessories purchased.

 

"No Fix" Machines - If your machine is determined to be a "No Fix" upon inspection by our mechanic due to the parts required for your machine no longer being available or other specified reasons, we will issue a $25 store credit for customers who wish to recycle their machine instead of having it delivered back home. Otherwise the machine is scheduled for drop-off and the full machine pick-up/drop-off fee remains.
